Car was as described, non pushy sales, I could take my time and inspect the car.
Bought the car it was raining so didn’t do another walk around as it had only been 2 days since I first saw it. When I got home I noticed the tyre had a bulge. KW Motors Ltd refunded the money for the tyre that I bought locally as I live 2 hours away from St Albans.
Knowledgable and decent dealer.

Farhan was very welcoming and showed us a different range of cars as we did not know what we were looking for. In the end we found the perfect car and farhan sorted everything out swiftly. He was not forcing us and gave us loads of space and time. Very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend KW Motors

KW Motors are so welcoming and helpful. We flew to Luton then a 20 minute taxi to buy my car from them(then drove 10 hours home), and would definitely do so again.
They made us feel so comfortable. We really appreciate the effort they put into their work.
Much more relaxed than most sales people, they aren’t pushy at all and have a large range of high quality cars to choose from.
Sales process was smooth and efficient. Genuine lovely people and the car is absolutely craicing!
If you are thinking about buying from them, go for it.

Originally went to K W motors for a golf gti they had in stock but unfortunately i wasnt able to get insured on it! They understood and then continued to help me find a car i liked, had things i wanted/needed and something i was able to insure! I settled on a Skoda Fabia VRS, really low miles , great condition! I love it the service was absolutely amazing, great communication and very helpful! If i ever need another car in the future these will be at the top of my list!

This car was as described as it was. The seller allowed me time to look and inspect the vehicle.they were not pushy and we negotiated a price with Farhan for a part exchange with a A Class which was happily agreed on both ends and collected the C class off them today.. also thank you to Hussain for assisting me throughout my purchase. I would recommend any further purchases from this dealer.
